HabitHub helps users track habits, streaks, XP progress, and optional social features such as friends and coach requests.

Information We Collect

HabitHub may collect and store:

• Google account information when you sign in with Google:
  • name
  • email address
  • profile photo
  • Google or Firebase account identifier
• Habit and app data you create:
  • habits
  • schedules
  • completions
  • streaks
  • XP and rank progress
  • subscription activation state inside the app
• Social and profile data used for friends and coach features:
  • public display name
  • email lookup key
  • avatar
  • XP
  • rank
  • streak stats
  • friend and coach relationship requests

How We Use Information

HabitHub uses this information to:

• sign you into the app
• save and restore your habit data across sessions
• sync your data to your account
• show your progress, rank, XP, and streaks
• support social features like friends and coach requests

Where Data Is Stored

HabitHub uses Google Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Authentication
• Cloud Firestore

Some data may also be temporarily stored on your device to help the app work offline or recover smoothly if the network is unavailable.

Data Sharing

HabitHub does not sell your personal data.

If you use social features, limited profile and progress information may be visible to users connected to you through friend or coach relationships.

Data Retention

Your data remains associated with your account unless it is deleted through the app, removed from the backend, or your Firebase project settings are changed by the app owner.

If you uninstall the app, locally stored device data is removed, but cloud-synced account data may remain in Firebase and can be restored when you sign in again with the same account.

Security

HabitHub uses Firebase and Android platform protections to help secure account and app data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but reasonable steps are taken to protect user data.

Children

HabitHub is not intended for children under 13 unless allowed by applicable law and supervised appropriately.

Your Choices

• use local mode instead of Google sign-in, where available
• sign out of your account
• uninstall the app
• request deletion of account-linked data through the app owner
